Room was very dusty (you can see dust in every corner of the room especially behind the side table) Very dirty behind bed frame

Breakfast is good. Good location too.

Double bed is the smallest we've seen. We booked 5 rooms with 2 pax each per room. But they only give us 1 set every single day - 1 towel, 1 pair of slippers, 1 bottled water, 1 toothbrush, etc.

Fantastic location in the heart of Nagasaki. Close to the Atomic Museum, Oliver Gardens, cruise lines to Battleship Island, food, bars and clubs. Parking is across the street, but you have to pay 1,200¥ a night which isn't too bad.

I got a non smoking room, but it smells like someone might have sneaked a cigarette or two in the past and there was a faint odor of it still lingering.

The price is a good deal for its location next to a shopping arcade with many great shops and restaurants.

It is very hard to find parking and a bit inconvenience with many suitcase. The interior is somewhat aged and space is quite small since we have a few suitcases.

Great location, in a busy and lively mall. A 20 minute walk from the railway station. Very comfortable stay, would stay again.

I have no complaints about Forza Hotel.

Room was typical business-hotel style, maybe slightly larger than average. Everything was good and comfy. Service was friendly and responsive, replacing the shower curtain on our request (first one had some mildew dots near the seams, its replacement was spotless). The best part was the location: right on a shotengai (covered shopping street)! It was close to many shops and restaurants, and only a few blocks from Chinatown. There was a tram station just around the corner, too.

Rooms are spotless, but perhaps in need of new carpet, furnishing. Needs refresh. Confused that hotel charged us more than was quoted in booking.com

Great location and really comfortable room with super comfortable beds. Carpet was a little dirty/dated, but everything else was sufficient. I didn't eat breakfast there, so can't comment on that. The tablet check in/check out process was really simple and self explanatory.

Everything was fine, though my room was a little bit small.

It’s located inside a shopping area, near a tram station, and lots of restos. Room is big, bed and pillows are clean and comfy

Slight smell on the morning of my last day coming from the bathroom-seemed to be from the shower-I ran the water and it went away

Generous breakfast buffet with Asian and western choices. Comfortable beds and choice of pillows. Convenient central location above a shopping mall. Good shower and towels. Massage machine. Pleasant staff.

Breakfast food was not kept hot enough. Some lids for hot food dishes were not put back on after serving. Toilet tissue was too thin; disintegrated in your hand. Room needed dusting in a few places.

Location was great right in the heart of nagasaki , you can take the tram anywhere from this hotel since its 20 meters away from it. Many shops and restaurants to eat from. Room was great , quite big compared to other large cities and you cant beat this price !

Super convenient location right at the entrance of covered arcade mall at kankou-doori. Easy to access by foot, car, or streetcar and tons of restaurants, cafes all around. Rooms a bit small but comfortable, clean, and good cost-performance. I liked the option to only have towels/trash changed out instead of whole-room cleaning. No dedicated parking, but there is a parking lot with hotel discount across the road only about 2 mins walk away, so not too inconvenient.

Great location - close to shops and restaurants. Rooms are fairly large by Japanese standards. Good breakfast. Super nice staff. Highly recommend.
